KG HYPNOBIRTHING

I offer a 12-hour KG Hypnobirthing course for parents-to-be. This course will be split into four meetings either in group sessions, online and on-site, or private sessions.

Here you will be given a great variety of techniques - breathing, relaxations and visualisations - and will learn how to handle pain during the birth of your child. 

The course shows you how to be in control during labour and helps to make informed decisions about all the choices you have.  It is a very complete course to prepare the birth of a baby and also wonderful for the birth partner as it gives them a big handful of tools to support the mother during that unique journey of birthing their child.

I recommend you to schedule this course around the beginning of your third trimester around month 6 or7 of the pregnancy, but it can actually done whenever you want to.
